Terms and conditions

Restaurant Reservations

• Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

• For group reservations (9 people or more), we may require advance notice and that the reservation be made by phone.

• Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.

• We reserve the right to make changes to our menu, opening hours, or services without prior notice.

 

 

Orders for Pickup (Para Recoger)

• Pickup orders must be paid online at the time of placing the order using a credit or debit card.

• Once the payment has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

• The order is received in our system only after payment has been completed.

Once received, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

• No refunds or changes are accepted after the order has been collected. We recommend checking your order at the time of pickup.

• If the order is not collected within the agreed time, it may be discarded for food safety reasons, and no refund will be issued.

• Online payments are processed securely through an encrypted payment gateway. La Tierra does not store or have access to your card details.
