Restaurant Reservations

Reservations are not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
For reservations of 7 people or more, a prepayment of 10€ per person is required at the time of booking.
If you wish to increase the number of guests after making your reservation, please contact us. Any modification will always be subject to availability, and an additional prepayment of 10€ per additional person will be required.
If the number of guests decreases after the reservation has been made, the amount corresponding to guests who do not attend will not be refunded.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reservation time are entitled to a full refund of the prepayment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation time are not eligible for a refund.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be issued using the same payment method used to make the reservation.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements.
We reserve the right to make changes to our menu, opening hours or services without prior notice.

Takeaway Orders

Takeaway orders must be paid online by credit or debit card at the time the order is placed.
Once payment has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Your order is received in our system only once payment has been completed. Once received, it cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded.
No refunds or exchanges are accepted after the order has been collected. We recommend checking your order at the time of collection.
If you do not collect your order within the agreed time, it may be discarded for food safety reasons and no refund will be issued.
Online payments are processed securely through an encrypted payment gateway. La Tierra does not store or have access to your card details.
