La Tierra restaurant was born from a shared dream between a Spanish-Palestinian couple passionate about cuisine and culture. On a warm summer day, while enjoying a delicious family meal, they realized the importance of sharing Palestinian traditions and rich culinary heritage with the world. Thus began their journey to create a place that would offer the authentic flavors of Palestine in the heart of the charming city of Gijón.

From day one, our goal has been to unite people through food. We work with effort and passion, using fresh, local ingredients to create dishes that reflect the diversity and richness of our culture. We don't just serve food; we tell a story of hospitality, love, and a passion for cooking.
